      Richard Goddeau of Global Software & Computer Solution Centers (aka  GSCSC)  tried to get programming "source code" from my friend Paul Blenkhorn in the UK by lying and saying he had wired HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS into Paul’s bank account. Of course it never happened. This guy is a psychotic pathological liar who uses people's pity (due to him being visually impaired) to lower their defenses so he can steal from them. Programming applications for the blind, giant computer deals, huge government contracts, rebuilding credit by buying shelf companies, all lies by this handicapped con artist.Paul received a copy of a whimpering “please do not put me in prison” letter written by this Goddeau guy when he was caught leading a giant scam, lying to untold numbers of people about having acquired these ridiculous large gov’t computer contracts for the blind. Millions of dollars. More “lost” wire transfers and giant checks “lost in the mail”.Let’s see, International Wire Fraud, using US Postal Service as part of his con, hmm, can anyone say federal offense?What a pathetic loser.

    I have a copy of the email with the other peoples' names xxx'ed out.It's sad...     I'm sorry, I feel disgusting, I only make $650/month from disability,  my wife pays all the bills, I will pay you back so you don't put me in prison, etc etc.My only problem in posting it is that blind con artist may try to retaliate against the people he originally wrote the letter to.From what I've seen and heard, he can be quite a vindictive bastard.

          I think everyone who has had problems with Richard Goddeau should contact this attorney and inquire about doing a class action or other lawsuit against Goddeau.  If he really has scammed that many people and the Secret Service or FBI are after him, it makes sense that everyone should try to all work together.
