        As for the original post, you are in control of your life and happiness. You need to decide to enjoy what you have or improve it through hard work. If you are seriously concidering this then you have some sympathy because if your serious that is a dark place your in- but you can choose to come back out.
        Remember all things change and however bad things seem in a day/week/month/year they will not seem quite the same and you can adapt to more than you think you can.

        You might not be religious- i am not either. But using a prayer and altering it to suit:
        Have the serenity to accept the things you can not change, the courage to change those you can and the wisdom to know the diference

    It's really hard to do. I've never tried, but I think the difficulty, and the risk of fucking up or getting caught, even thinking about it are so taboo that doing so is usually much harder than just getting through it alone.
