Loser boss

I got a new boss about 4 months ago, he is the most useless guy ever, he gets away with everything.. even when he is costing the store owner thousands of dollars. He gets everyone else to do his job for him while he skives off outside smoking or whatever.  ANd for some reason he hates me, even though im the only one who really does my job properly. He hates me so much that he even started talking shit to my old boss, who luckily knows me too well to know that that stuff was not at all true.  I hate my boss, i wish i could get him fired but the dum prick gets away with everything.
