              Cabo dentist, Los Cabos dental, ARREST ORDER for Dr. Rosa Pena of ANGELS TOUCH DENTAL CLINIC,  now renamed Cabo Soft Dental Care. CABO DENTAL TRAVEL WARNING! The Ministerio Publico in Los Cabos filed a demanda for Rosa Pena and her boyfriend Enrique Ilitzky to answer to charges of felony defamation against David Mandich a dental tourism marketer in Cabo.   David Mandich owns About Mexican Dentists.com  - a site that represents Board Certified dentist exclusively in Mexican resort towns that offer Fly Free or Stay Free Mexican Dental Vacations to dental tourists.  Mandich who manages the Mexico dental vacation website www.aboutmexicandentists.com  has been marketing dental tourism in Mexico for over 10 years and is known in the Mexican Medical Tourism industry as a pioneer in Mexican Dental Vacations. Dr. Pena and her boyfriend Ilitzsky refused to answer charges in court so Judge Calderon in Los Cabos issued an Order for their Arrests. TO VIEW A COPY OF THE ARREST ORDER FOR DR. ROSA PENA formerly with Angels Touch Dental, now working under a new name - Cabo Soft Dental Care - visit www.angelstouchdentalclinic.com        Angels Touch Dental Clinic  website is what's left of the now closed clinic that her partner Enrique Ilitzsky hijacked and is facing criminal charges for as well.    Ilitzsky closed Angels Touch in 2010, changed the name to Cabo Soft Dental Care and stole the dental equipment.

    Dr. Pena of Angels Touch Dental Clinic in Los Cabos (Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo) wrongly set my dental implants and they had to be pulled and replaced with dentures by another dentist. The 2nd dentist said she shouldn't have considered me as a candidate for dental implants because I had gum and bone problems. Angels Touch Dental clinic is bad news for patients expecting professional dentistry.  My doctor said Dr. Pena was an amatuer.  I later asked her if she was a true specialist and she admitted she was only a general dentist and had "learned" by assisting specialists that no longer worked at her clinic.
