   bullshit!  people have a right to voice their opinion!  it's called freedom of speech.  and if you have a bad experience somewhere you have the right to say so just like if you love the place.  go ahead and try and take legal action on an opinion on an anonymous blog and waste your time.  you won't get anywhere.
