   Thank you for this blog. I think more people should have your outlook on how they decide to vote. It shouldn't be about race or gender. It should be about what they stand for and how they can better our country.

   I do struggle with who I will vote for. To be honest, I'm not too impressed with either of them. Like you said Obama is a wonderful public speaker with impressive education but does he have the experience and knowledge needed to be our next president? And McCain seems to have the experience and knowledge but I don't think his morals and ethics are very comparable with mine. He owns 7 houses while U.S. citizens sleep on the street. How ridiculous!

   I also wanted to comment on a rumor I heard about McCain. Hopefully somebody can clarify this for me. McCain was a prisoner of war in Vietnam. He was rescued and supposedly knew about other U.S. POW's in Vietnam but did nothing to help save them. They ended up being executed. I think McCain was in an important position...such as a leader of defense or something if I'm not mistaken. Well...I hope someone has some insight for me on this topic.
