If it was truly about health, then you wouldn't "applaud" the commentor below me who "eats fast food and doesn't exercise at all" just because she is skinny. Being thin doesn't make you healthy. When you eat crap and live a sedentary lifestyle, guess what? You can still have heart problems even if your weight falls in the normal range, while there are overweight people who eat more healthfully and exercise regularly, and because their metabolism is lower, still carry more weight. Weight is not the only measure of health.
