rank: Must read!replies: 0None of that changes the fact that people make choices about how they live, and they don't owe YOU any explanation for it. If it was truly about health, then you wouldn't "applaud" the commentor below me who "eats fast food and doesn't exercise at all" just because she is skinny. Being thin doesn't make you healthy. When you eat crap and live a sedentary lifestyle, guess what? You can still have heart problems even if your weight falls in the normal range, while there are overweight people who eat more healthfully and exercise regularly, and because their metabolism is lower, still carry more weight. Weight is not the only measure of health.

Well guess what? I HAVE a damn good excuse for being a "bitch with my head up my ass". I lost BOTH my parents because of their weight related issues. I loved them to no end, and still do many years after their death. Oh yeah, they only died 2 years apart when I was a teenager. So, until you've walked in MY shoes and REALLY know why I ranted on this, get YOUR HEAD outta YOUR ASS. I DO care about people on the inside, and it's being overweight that RUINS the inside physically, or do you not know something so elementary????
