   I have across Abdul once at Ethos gym in which he took time out of his workout to teach me how to squat properly. I didn't even know him yet he still was amicable and helpful to me. He is the type of person that speaks and helps anyone regardless if he knows them or not, its just in his character. It probably explains why 2300 voted for him despite all the shit that the opposition campaign team were doing. Ethos is going to be so dull without him :(
