There are billions of people in the world, many feel the way you do. I may not be an expert, but it kinda sounds like you just need to place trust in someone. When I was younger, I was depressed and my mother sent me to therapy, where I told my therapist straight out what I felt. My mother then met with her and listened to her suggestions, and our relationship drastically improved. Alternatively, when my mother was depressed, she went to therapy and felt much better and understood her family much better. Personally, I liked therapy, because I could talk to someone without worrying about backlash, and if you're honest and like self-improvement, then it is extremely beneficial to see one. If you can't trust a therapist, then find someone who you know you can trust and just let it all spill out. It's hard living when you don't have someone that you can just walk up to and vent too. Also, you're not wrong for feeling this stuff. Know that. Know that your not always wrong, but understand that truth is comprised of many sides, and understanding another perspective is just as important as forming your own. If you can understand and adapt, you won't feel as wrong in a situation (trust me.) I hope that some of this helps you...it sucks when someone is sad, since no one ever asks to be. I hope you feel better, and I hope you can feel right. You can do it, dude. There are millions of ways to solve a problem, and you can and will find your way. **Also, ingrown toenails are nails that grow into the skin when you don't trim them properly or are wearing tight and uncomfortable shoes. There's a whole article on it in the U.S. National Library of Medicine if you want to see more. Just Google "ingrown toenails" and it's the first link. **
