   You are a really sweet and compassionate person if you are that worried about this! Julie seems like the type that will be offended by anything and if she's in art school she needs to toughen up and get thicker skin. I've been there and I know sometimes critiques sting a bit but its a part of the ride. Honestly, you don't need to apologize to either of them. You weren't being harsh about it. You were being exceptionally considerate apologizing in the first place and if they ended up being snotty to you over it then just ignore their asses.
